Christmas with the Lubinus Family

Two years ago we celebrated Christmas in the Wildwood Lodge with Kyle's family and now this year we celebrated at the Super 8 with the Lubinus side. We had intended on going to my grandma's house on Saturday but with the bad weather it was canceled. With Lauren's baptism on Sunday, my family wanted to make it so they drove slowly up on Saturday afternoon and we opened presents at the empty Super 8 and ate Pizza Hut! We wouldn't have it any other way...

Ethan definitely enjoyed and understands what presents are all about!

Lauren was getting pretty tired and fussy so Grandpa Larry got to spend some quality time with her in our Ergo Baby Carrier while she snoozed. Kyle and I were talking later and realized that this is probably one of the few times that he got to enjoy a sleeping baby since my mom likes to snuggle with them while they sleep.
Uncle Tyler has a tradition of giving his nieces and nephews Build-a-Bears. He programmed this one with his voice that says, "Uncle Tyler loves you". Lauren thinks it is pretty cool.
Olivia and Lauren meeting for the first time...already telling each other secrets or Bethany maybe it is secret squirrel talk!! I am sure these two will be great friends since they are so close in age.
I gave my sister the other half of my wrap that I made. Olivia immediately snuggled close to mommy. Hopefully they will get good use out of it and try different wraps too!
