My First Book Signing

Well, I went to my first book signing on Tuesday night in Downers Grove (about one hour away from Chicago). It was well worth the drive there by myself! The signing was at the Tivoli Theatre. Jodi Picoult came out and read a section from her new book and then answered a few questions. After that the audience watched a Lifetime movie "Plain Truth" which is one of the books that she wrote. During the movie, the signing took place in order of ticket purchase. I was number 36!!!! When I left after the movie at 9:45pm, they were calling numbers in the 400's! I am glad that I bought my ticket early.
